Solar Projects

Project Development: We’re actively developing solar projects, with financing available for installations of up to 200 MW.
Solar Panel Factory (Kaukasus Region): Handling project management, construction, and financing.

Wind Energy Projects:

Kaukasus Region (98 MW): Comprehensive project planning, including all necessary documents and feasibility studies.
Kaukasus Region (50 MW): Maintenance and project launch.
Kalmikien, Russia (120 MW): Feasibility studies underway.
Kazakhstan (50 MW): Feasibility studies in progress.

Hydrogen Projects

The modular power plant design encompasses various components including freshwater treatment, electrolysis, cooling, gas separation, a green ammonia plant, and an electrical switchyard, with electricity sourced from wind turbine sites. Spanning 100 hectares, the plant is intended to handle 1 GW of wind-generated electricity, with specific production capacities to be determined through subsequent discussions. It’s envisioned as a lighthouse project, suggesting ammonia as a potential cost-effective hydrogen derivative for future energy transportation from the Caspian Region to Europe. Project components remain flexible pending decisions by Azerbaijani authorities, allowing adaptability to regulatory changes and market conditions.

Poland (150 MW): Ready for immediate implementation.
California (120 MW): Ongoing project

Wheat Straw Unbleached Pulp

The Unbleached Wheat Straw Pulp project is scheduled to begin development in 2024, with operations expected to commence between Q4 2025 and Q1 2026. The production facility will have a capacity of 35,000 tons per annum of unbleached pulp and 17,500 tons per annum of co-product lignin, utilizing energy and water-efficient technology. Requiring 52,500 tons of wheat straw annually, the project benefits from logistical access via railroad to Poti, Black Sea, with a total investment of $40 million.

Other Ventures

Greenhouse Development (Kaukasus Region): Completed project management, installation, and financing for a 40 HA area.
Industrial Hemp Projects: Active planning and development in Kazakhstan and California, covering licensing, project development, and financing.
Free Trade Zone Development (Uzbekistan): Ongoing project covering 15,000 HA, inclusive of seven green production projects with a total investment volume of 1.7 Billion.
Photovoltaic Production Facility (Republic of Azerbaijan): Designing and developing a 60 MW facility for Azguntex LLC in Sumgayit.
